Who are Yevka & Jenne?
Getting to know your Wedding Planners is very important in order for you to determine if they will work out well with you.
We are, Yevka and Jenne and we have been bestfriends for 10 years now. We go way back from college and have been involved in parties and events. To give you a preview of who we are, here are our individual details:
Evelyn Laygo Caratao "YEVKA"
Born on January 23, 1979, an aquarian who has great attention to details. She was born in the Philippines but was raised in Dubai which explains her great english proficiency. She graduated from De La Salle University-Manila in the year 2000 with the degree in Marketing Management. She has worked in a real estate marketing company, events management company and is currently associated with Property Consultant firm. She has a remarkably distinctive character which sets her apart from everyone else. She does not feel the need to keep up appearances or be someone she is not. She simply is Yevka--personal, individual, technical but with great integrity, moral and ethical strength.
Jennifer Rabe-Alleva "JENNE"
Born on July 17, 1980, a cancerian who is a workaholic at heart. She is a bit early with every experience in her life including being married and having one handsome, adorable kid. She graduated from De La Salle Univeristy-Manila in the year 2001 with the degree in Psychology and Marketing Management. Upon graduation, she received the GOLD THESIS AWARD for the Retail Marketing Plan she made. She has worked for a retail store, an internet marketing company and was a business partner in Island Exhibit Organizer Link, an events/exhibits company. She practically live and breathe parties being the daughter of Julie Rabe, owner of Jack & Jenn Catering. She is now back to her roots and is working as the Marketing Manager of Jack & Jenn Catering.
What do we do?
We know how important weddings are in our society, and why not? It is definitely is a wonderful way of expressing and sharing the love between couples to each other and also to family and friends. We believe that each couple deserves to be truly happy by living and experiencing their dream wedding. This is achieved through correct and proper planning. We envision married couples looking back at their wedding pictures and remembering all the love and joy that happend during their Big Day, instead of regrets and disappointments they could have experienced due to poor or insufficient planning.
This is the reason for existence of Yevka & Jenne Events. We are here to guide and advise you on every aspect of your wedding such as:
-Assist in planning (budget, motif, tips...)
-Help locate ceremony and reception venues
-Refer professional and competent suppliers
-Set up and accompany you (if need be) to appointments
-Guide you and your attendants on your wedding day to ensure the smooth flow of all pre-arranged plans
As wedding planners, we will not be there to dictate what has to be done. Rather, we will work by your side to determine exactly what you need and how you want your wedding to be. We strive for uniqueness in each wedding since each couple is different. We will suggest and give tips and other ideas and it will be up to you if you will take our advise.
